Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be entered, stored and used in Radiance, an application designed to organize properties, tenants, lease agreements, rent payments and administrative reminders.

By using Radiance, you acknowledge that the data registered in the application is information provided by you or authorized users and must be handled according to applicable law whenever it includes personal data.

This text is a publication-ready operational template and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before final use, especially if the business model, app distribution or local obligations change.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for publishing and making Radiance available is:

Data Collected and Stored

Radiance is designed as a lease management tool. The data stored depends on how you use the app.

Properties

Property name, full address, type, rent amount, status and notes.

Tenants

Name, phone number and user-entered notes.

Lease agreements

Property, tenant, start and end dates, rent due day, monthly amount, guarantee type, status and notes.

Payments

Reference period, amount, status, creation date, system-generated flag when created automatically and notes.

Notifications and reminders

Title, message, creation date, read status, alert type and relation to a payment, lease agreement or tenant.

Preferences and access

Theme preference, trial start date when applicable and lifetime access status.

2. Data the app does not directly request

Based on the current app structure, Radiance does not request camera, location, microphone, device contacts or personal file permissions. Notification permission is used to send reminders about payments, lease agreements and delinquency.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Organize property, tenant, lease agreement and payment records.
  • Display dashboards, filters, searches, histories and financial summaries.
  • Automatically generate pending payments when applicable.
  • Send reminders about pending or overdue rent, lease agreements nearing expiration and delinquent tenants.
  • Manage theme preferences and lifetime access status.
  • Process, validate or restore purchases when the user unlocks lifetime access.

4. Legal basis

Depending on the context, data may be processed for contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in lease administration, legal claims and, where required, consent.

5. Local storage and backups

Radiance operational data is stored in a local database on the user's device. Operating-system backups may include app data depending on device settings. Users can control backups and notifications through their device settings.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

The app does not use proprietary login, behavioral advertising or proprietary analytics. Some features may involve essential third parties.

RevenueCatGoogle PlayApple App StoreNotification systems

  • Purchases and subscriptions: Radiance uses RevenueCat to validate lifetime purchases, restore purchases and check entitlements. App stores may process payment data, receipts, purchase identifiers and technical information.
  • Notifications: Android and iOS may process permission and delivery of local or scheduled notifications according to operating-system rules.
  • Legal obligations: Data may be shared when necessary to comply with legal orders, protect rights, respond to competent authorities or prevent misuse.

6. International transfers

Third-party services, such as app stores and RevenueCat, may process information outside your country. In those cases, the privacy policies and security measures of those providers also apply.

Data Subject Rights

When personal data is registered in Radiance, data subjects may request access, correction, updating, deletion, portability, information about sharing and objection to processing, as provided by applicable law.

Because the application stores data primarily on the device, many changes can be made directly in the app, including editing and deleting property, tenant, lease agreement, payment and notification records.

7. Security

Radiance uses local app storage and standard mobile platform resources. No system is absolutely immune to incidents, so users should protect their device with passcodes, biometrics, operating-system updates and caution when entering sensitive notes.

8. Retention and deletion

Data remains stored while it is kept in the app by the user or while necessary for the purposes described. Deletion can be performed in the app when available, or by removing the data or application from the device.

9. Children and minors

Radiance is not directed to children or minors. The app should be used by individuals legally capable of managing lease information or by authorized users.

10. Changes to this policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application, applicable law or services used. The update date at the top of the page indicates the current version.

International Coverage

This Policy and the Terms of Use were prepared for distribution of Radiance in India, Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, the Philippines, Vietnam and the United States. Mandatory local privacy, consumer, tax, app-store or digital-services rules apply where required.

Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as tenant names and phone numbers, lease agreement data, payment history, notes and information that may identify owners, guarantors, administrators or other parties.

Based on the code reviewed, Radiance does not use behavioral advertising, sell personal data or operate proprietary analytics. If those features are added in the future, this page should be updated before publication.
